Poster Abstract Submission Guidelines and Information
The committee reopens the abstract submission for poster abstracts. We would like to invite you to submit an abstract for ICPAN 2023! Deadline is 11:59 PM on Tuesday June 27th, 2023!
There is no limit to the number of poster abstracts an individual may submit. All poster abstracts must be submitted in English. Translation services will not be available during the conference, all poster presentations must be given in English. Only abstracts following the guidelines will be accepted.

When sending in an abstract you have to include the following information (See the example abstract format):
1. Abstract data (title, body text (limited to a maximum of 250 words) and references)
2. Main author data
3. Photo & biography of the main author
4. Co-author(s) data
5. Topic and field

Research Best Practice Clinical Practice Case Study Details of all co-author(s): family name, (initial(s), company/institute, city, country Attach a Photo: portrait (headshot) photo in JPG or PNG, max 4MB. EVALUATION PROCESS AND CRITERIA
The ICPAN 2023 Scientific Program Committee will review the poster abstracts on a rolling basis. The Committee will contact authors with formal acceptance or rejection notices also on a rolling basis. So please send in your abstract as soon as possible so you have sufficient time to register for the conference before the deadline of the early bird registration!
All notifications will be sent to the email address provided during the abstract submission.
REGISTRATION
All accepted presenters must register for the conference. Please be informed that the deadline of the early bird registration is June 30th, 2023. Presenters not registered by this date will not be included in the scientific program and will not have their abstract(s) published in the conference proceedings. Abstract acceptances apply only to the person who submitted the abstract and are not transferable to co-authors.
DISSEMINATION OF ABSTRACTS
Abstracts details, photo, biography and e-mail address of the main author will be published i the online ICPAN 2023 program- and abstract book and disseminated to all conference attendees. Following the conference, the program- and abstract book will be made publicly available on the conference website in pdf format. We will not publish the abstracts in any other format. Authors submitting an abstract agree to publication.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please do not submit an abstract if you are not confident that you will be able to attend the conference and make the presentation. If your presentation has been accepted but extenuating circumstances prevent your attendance, we ask you to find another presenter for the abstract and notify us as soon as possible at registration@parthen.nl. If cancellation becomes unavoidable, please contact us immediately at the mentioned email address so we can remove your presentation from the conference program.
