Abstract Submission Guidelines and Information
We would like to invite you to submit an abstract for ICPAN 2023! The conference will be held in Amsterdam, September 20-22, 2023.
Please be informed that the abstract submission is closed.
There is no limit to the number of abstracts an individual may submit. All abstracts must be submitted in English. Translation services will not be available during the conference, so all oral and poster presentations must be given in English.
When submitting an abstract you have to complete several fields in the online abstract registration site.
Only abstracts following the guidelines will be accepted.

- Abstract title: DO NOT use CAPITAL letters for the title.
- Abstract text (excluding references, abstract title and author details) is limited to a maximum of 250 words.

EVALUATION PROCESS AND CRITERIA
The ICPAN 2023 Scientific Program Committee will review abstracts on a rolling basis beginning on March 2, 2023 (after the abstract submission deadline). The Committee will contact authors in April 2023 with formal acceptance or rejection notices in order to allow presenters sufficient time to register for the conference and make travel arrangements. All notifications will be sent to the email address provided during the abstract submission.
REGISTRATION
All accepted presenters must register for the conference before the deadline of the early bird registration at the end of May 2023. Presenters not registered by this date will not be included in the scientific program and will not have their abstract(s) published in the conference proceedings. Abstract acceptances apply only to the person who submitted the abstract and are not transferable to co-authors.
DISSEMINATION OF ABSTRACTS
Abstracts details, photo, biography and e-mail address of the main author will be published i the online ICPAN 2023 program- and abstract book and disseminated to all conference attendees. Following the conference, the program- and abstract book will be made publicly available on the conference website in pdf format. We will not publish the abstracts in any other format. Authors submitting an abstract agree to publication.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please do not submit an abstract if you are not confident that you will be able to attend the conference and make the presentation. If your presentation has been accepted but extenuating circumstances prevent your attendance, we ask you to find another presenter for the abstract and notify us as soon as possible at [email protected]. If cancellation becomes unavoidable, please contact us immediately at the mentioned email address so we can remove your presentation from the conference program.
