Get to know Amsterdam the best way by walking along with a guide who knows his city inside out. Listen to personal stories and anecdotes, discover unexpected details and hidden spots and enjoy the atmosphere of Amsterdam. The guided walking tour is included in the registration fee but you have to “tick the box” on registration.
Go back in time with this city walk through the historic heart of Amsterdam! During this walk our guides will take you through the long and exciting history of the old city. The tour takes you to places that have played a major role in our capital, such as the Oost-Indisch Huis, the Waag, the canals and the many churches in Amsterdam. In addition, typical Amsterdam stories and anecdotes will not be missing.
Participants who booked a ticket for the guided city tour will get a ticket for the tour when they check in. The city tour will start at 20.00 hours and last until 22.00 hours. Participants must travel to the starting point on their own. If you have a public transport ticket you can use this in trams, metro’s and buses. Please make sure that you are on time!

Conference dinner
Date: Thursday September 21, 2023 Time: 18.30 - 22.30 hrs. Location: Kanarie Club, Bellamyplein 51, Amsterdam The Kanarie Club is Iconically located in the old streetcar depot in Amsterdam. It is an innovative and unique hospitality location, centrally located in the heart of the Hallen in Amsterdam. We advise you to wear comfortable shoes due to the interior of the dinner location (old tram depot) There are still tickets available for the ICPAN 2023 conference dinner. - By bike: there is a bicycle parking below the dinner location which can be reached by navigating to Hannie Dankbaarpassage 45, Amsterdam
